Permanent / Direct-Hire Employment
Under this arrangement, ITI will recruit, screen and provide a fully qualified resource to your organization for a permanent placement. Using this option, the final hiring decision is always yours and ITI will present candidates to your organization to interview upon completion of the screening process. Our fee for our recruitment efforts is a contingency fee, is employer paid and is based upon agreement.
Our fee is due only if, and when, an ITI recommended candidate is hired and commences work. Thus, you are under no obligation to Arrex should you wish to interview any ITI recommended candidate. In addition, we provide a guarantee period for all of our candidates.
Contract / Temporary Employment
Under this arrangement, ITI will provide fully qualified resources to your organization on a contract or temporary basis. ITI employees will present you with weekly timesheets for your approval and ITI will invoice your organization on a bi-weekly basis.
This option allows your organization flexible access to highly skilled IT resources. For those times when you need support in meeting rapid changes in workload, ITI will find the resources you need, when they are required.
